BCI approaches community impact through a multi-dimensional strategy that integrates philanthropy, inclusive procurement, and targeted nonprofit investment.

Through national volunteerism, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives, we support organizations delivering essential services. Concurrently, our Supplier Diversity strategy strengthens economic inclusion by increasing spend with diverse-owned businesses.

Our nonprofit investment portfolio focuses on expanding access to behavioral health services and advancing quality employment opportunities, driving measurable, long-term community impact.

COMPANY AWARDS & RECOGNITION HIGHLIGHT

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. was awarded Program of Distinction Award for MVMC Security Team in 2018 at their Kaiser Permanente, Moreno Valley Medical Center, CA location.

The Program of Distinction Award recognizes outstanding healthcare security and safety departments within healthcare facilities that has maintained a minimum 70% of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certified personnel. The Moreno Valley Medical Center is the only security department within Kaiser Permanente to currently hold this distinction.

An Employee Resource Group committed to building programs that support and empower the development & advancement of women in the healthcare security our diverse workforce. Provides scholarship opportunities, mentorship, allyship programs, and many activities focused on spearheading diversity & inclusion topics and improving the culture of our teams.
